HUMAN SEXUALITY EDUCATION, which is integrally included in the RH BILL, and ADULT FILMS (not included but I, personally, recommend for adults) can greatly help in resolving one of the main roots of our major social problems,particularly in 3rd world countries -- EXCESSIVE POPULATION.
